An Atlanta native, I moved to Dayton in January 2013 for a job as an instructor of English as a Second Language at UD. Teaching is both a career and a passion and since 2014 I have been working on my PhD in Educational Leadership, also at UD. In my free time, I like to play guitar, ride my bike, and cook with friends. 

Karen Long served in Moldova as a health educator, 2007 - 2009. She is a social worker and works with children with autism as a PLAY Project Therapist
